Attentive Service

Above all, homeowners want to work with a company that they can trust and rely on. Our team follows a process that results in superior pool and landscape design and installation, ensuring that every project is completed within the set timeframe and budget.

4 Easy Steps

 1. Concept & Costing

We'll schedule a time to meet with you, discuss your needs and look at your location. You're encouraged to share photos, clippings or sketches of other pools and landscapes that you like.

  • Review project brief and initial site visit

  • Recommendations to suit needs and landscape environment

  • Geotechnical evaluation and structural engineering

  • Design proposal and quote

 2. Contract & Approvals

For your peace of mind, all of the details of your pool and landscape project are carefully outlined in your contract documentation. We handle as much or as little of the approvals process as necessary and will walk you through the entire process.

  • Pool and landscape building contract and supporting documents

  • Building applications

  • Local authority approvals

 3. Construction

When we break ground, we aim to cause as little disruption as possible. We coordinate with any other builders or trades on-site, while taking optimum care and safety.

  • Survey and set out pool

  • Place framework

  • Excavation and any additional foundation

  • Steel reinforcement placement

  • Plumbing and lighting provisions

  • Concrete spray and shape

  • Removal or formwork

  • Pool tiling

  • Plumbing pipes and electrical provisions to plant room

  • Pool surrounds and landscaping

  • Installation of filtration and equipment

  • Pool enclosure installation

  • Pool inspection and certification

  • Pool interior application

The final step is to get your pool up and running, crystal clear and ready for swimming. We'll balance your pool water, commission the equipment and show you how to use it. Our favourite part of the handover is seeing a pool used for the first time!

  • Initial water fill

  • Equipment setup

  • Pool water balance

  • Walk through equipment and how to use it

  • Handover and practical completion
